Neurodiverse children, youths & adults struggling with executive function, and/or feeling low self worth/ self esteem, feeling burnt out, depressed, and/or anxious, are the people Sarah can help. With lived experience with ND and extensive training in supporting ND, Sarah can truly meet you where you are at and give you a safe space to be you and to grow in. Alternatively, if you are **not Neurodiverse, but are a child, teen, or adult aged 10+** and feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, and/or experiencing panic, Sarah can make your life better by partnering with you and helping you develop an action plan and learn tools and techniques to help,

**Approach:** Sarah puts you first in counselling and is with you all the way enhancing your whole self by focusing on your strengths, your values, your reality, and your dreams. She will give you a safe space to cry, laugh, be heard, and reflect, while drawing on skills and techniques which are based in positive psychology to build your strength and resilience.

**Credentials & Modalities:** Sarah is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) (#19421). She previously trained in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach and in Educational Therapy with the National Institute for Learning Development (NILD) and worked to support school-age children and families with learning differences.
