In-Person sessions can only be booked after a consult or virtual session and at the Clinician’s discretion. All In-Person Therapy requires adherence to clinician-led health protocols. Vanessa, Adriana & Thea see clients virtually and in Coquitlam. Sarah sees clients virtually and at 86 Moody St, Port Moody. Ashley & Don are entirely virtual at this time.

**Funded ICBC/ CVAP Sessions - clients pay full fee out of pocket and are given a receipt to seek reimbursement.

Service: Vanessa helps stressed out, anxious, neurodivergent women, mothers, couples, and professionals balance a complex life and journey to greater peace, contentment, and authenticity. Focusing on managing emotions, building healthy coping skills and creating YOUR meaningful life is what Vanessa does using a biopsychosocial approach that considers your whole person and the many factors that influence your life.

​Approach: Vanessa uses a Person-centred & strengths-based approach drawing on Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment theory, and Lifespan Integration (Level 1 certified). She meets you where you are at and helps you take a pause, unsubscribe, try something different, and problem solve in a holistic way focused on appreciating your gifts and normalizing your lived experience while creating a warm and empathetic environment for you to feel seen and heard.

Credentials: Vanessa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC number 20619) with a Master’s of Counselling Psychologuy. She has almost 20 years of experience in therapeutic work including in inpatient psychiatry at BC Children’s Hospital for ten years with children, youth and their caregivers with mental health & behavioural challenges. She is also a mother of three children, and understands what it’s like to balance the needs of many including oneself.

My Availability: I am available on Thursdays for virtual sessions.
