**SERVICE:** Adriana's passion is helping parents and caregivers find ways to support the children & youth in their care. Caring for a young person going through their own challenges can be very overwhelming, taxing, and depleting, and Adriana works with families to find the best ways to support Mindful Parenting & Caregiving as well as to build more coping skills and strategies for children and youth. Additionally, Adriana has a strong focus on supporting women and college students to reduce their stress and anxiety levels and build capacity to transform their lives through reflective and proactive inner work.
**CREDENTIALS:** Adriana is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#12784). She has worked in Child & Youth Mental Health since 2014 when she completed her Master's Arts - Counselling Psychology, and has worked therapeutically with children, youth, and families for 15+ years. She is a Certified Connect Parent Group Facilitator and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, Qualified Level 1. Please note that Adriana cannot work with children/ youth who have a Langley address due to a conflict of interest/ non-compete agreement with an employer, but remains able to work with children & youth from other areas.
