Service: Krupa helps high performing professionals, students, and immigrants find proven tools that work to balance expectations from work, family, and life, process life transitions and the feelings that can go with that, and manage associated stress, anxiety, grief, and burnout.

​Approach: Along with an engaging and compassionate personality, Krupa uses tools from CBT, DBT, ACT and several other evidence based and skills focused modalities to help people change the way they think, feel, and behave, so the world becomes a more enjoyable place and land, through deep exploration and self-discovery, as the person they really want to be.

Credentials & Modalities: Krupa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) (#21548). She has lived, studied, and worked in 5 countries, obtaining her Master’s in Forensic Psychology in 2017 at the University of Kent ​ Since switching her career focus from law to therapy, she has worked in forensic settings, behavioural therapy clinics, social service non-profits, and public health.
